Shopping with Ease:

With the Cashless Wristband program, there’s no need to worry about carrying cash around all day long. Simply use your credit card or make a payment to set up a spending account at Guest Relations or the Information & Reservation Counter at the start of your day. You’ll be issued waterproof wristbands that can be used for purchases throughout Aquatica, SeaWorld’s Waterpark™. Your account will automatically settle at the end of the day.

South Seas Warmth:

At Aquatica, SeaWorld’s Waterpark™, the water is as warm as the South Seas themselves – sometimes warmer actually! A state-of-the-art climate system adjusts the water temperature according to the weather so that it’s always just right - cool and refreshing in the summer months, but heated when the temperature drops.

Towels:

Feel like traveling light? No worries! For your convenience, towels are available for rent during your day at Aquatica, SeaWorld’s Waterpark™. Souvenir towels can also be purchased at a variety of retail locations throughout the park.

Cabanas:

Your own personal oasis, cabanas are a great addition to any day at Aquatica, SeaWorld’s Waterpark™. Treat yourself to a cool, relaxing time with a variety of amenities located right inside your private retreat. Daily cabana availability is limited so book online or call 1.888.800.5447 prior to your visit to reserve your spot.

If You Love Animals:

A number of amazing animals call the sun and surf of Aquatica, SeaWorld’s Waterpark™, their home. At our Conservation Cabana across from Loggerhead Lane, you can find our education team at designated times throughout the day. Here you can learn some incredible facts about our unique residents and even get a chance to see them up close.

For Kids:

Kata’s Kookaburra Cove® is calling all kids! With water spouts and several silly spilly water slides, Kata’s Kookaburra Cove is the perfect place for those 48" and under to play.

Beat the Heat:

Temperatures in Florida can get quite high – especially in the middle of the day. There are lots of ways to stay cool at Aquatica, SeaWorld’s Waterpark™, but riding the surf at Roa’s Rapids® or lounging in one of our two side-by-side wave pools are among the best.

What To Expect

Kids will enjoy the lights, color and mesmerizing spectacle. Adults will appreciate the humor, technology and high energy entertainment. And because the show is performed with no spoken words, Blue Man Group is perfect for all languages and cultures.  While the show appeals to a wide audience, it may not be appropriate for all children under three years old.

What is Blue Man Group?
Blue Man Group is a spectacular collision of music, comedy, theater and dance party. It’s an unforgettable celebration of living life in full color. Backed by a live rock band, three bald and blue men explore our cultural norms with wide-eyed wonder. They poke fun at our collective quirks and remind us of how much we all have in common. It’s a joyful multi-sensory experience that has captivated more than 35 million people of all ages worldwide.

How long does it take a Blue Man to prepare before the show? What is the make-up the Blue Men put on their faces?
It takes a Blue Man approximately one hour to get in costume and prepare physically for the show. The Blue Men wear a specially colored grease paint on their heads, which never dries. This effect allows the Blue Men to maintain that wet, gooey, just-stepped-out-of-a-painting look throughout the show.

Where is the Blue Man Group Theater Located?
The Blue Man Group Theater is located in Universal CityWalk™ between the Hard Rock Cafe® and the main entrance to Universal Studios Florida™.

Do I need theme park admission to experience the show?
No, you can purchase tickets to see Blue Man Group without admission to the theme parks.

Where do I park?
Park at the Universal Orlando Resort™ parking garage, which connects directly to CityWalk™. Parking is not included with purchase of a Blue Man Group ticket. Valet and Preferred parking is available (separate fees apply). Self-parking is free after 6 pm for all guests. (Not valid during Halloween Horror Nights™. Additional restrictions may apply and are subject to change without notice.)

How long is the show?
The show is approximately one hour and forty-five minutes long with no intermission.

What happens if we are running late?
Late guests are seated at the discretion of House Management at a time when they will not interrupt the show.

What age group is appropriate for the show?
We recommend the show to children ages 3 and older due to the percussive music and movement of the performers and props in the auditorium. It is up to the Box Office or Front of House Manager to admit children under the age of 3 into the theater. Children under age 3 are admitted at no charge, however they will be required to sit on the lap of their parent or guardian.

Is there a dress code?
There is no dress code. We suggest you wear comfortable attire and to avoid wearing anything that needs to be dry cleaned. In rare cases, some onstage substances can make their way into the auditorium.

What is the poncho section?
The poncho section is made up of the first four rows of seats closest to the stage. It is the most interactive seating section of the show. Guests seated in this area are provided a plastic poncho to protect their clothing from any materials that may occasionally splash from the stage. All substances used in the show are washable. We suggest you avoid wearing anything that needs dry cleaning.

Sitting in the poncho section does not guarantee that you will get splashed. We provide ponchos solely as a precaution.

What is the Premium section?
Treat yourself to the best seats in the house. These exclusive seats are in the front and center of the theater, directly behind the “Poncho” section.

Is your theater accessible for guests with disabilities?
The Blue Man Group Theater is completely accessible. We have 13 ADA seats distributed throughout the theater as singles and pairs, allowing you to purchase additional seats next to each ADA location. In addition, the theater is equipped with assistive listening and descriptive narration programs for the hearing and visually impaired. Are concessions available?
The Blue Man Group Theater lobby provides a full concession counter with an array of snacks, cold beverages, and cocktails. Guests can bring snacks and drinks to their seats and enjoy them during the performance.

How can I purchase Blue Man Group merchandise?
Blue Man Group merchandise will be sold in the lobby store at the Blue Man Group Theater and online at bluemangoods.com.

What is Bonus Brick Time?

Bonus Brick Time allows all Annual Pass members & LEGOLAND Hotel guests early entry into LEGOLAND Florida starting at 9:30 am. The attractions included in Bonus Brick Time are the Grand Carousel, Dragon Coaster, DUPLO Valley Train & Tractor, Lost Kingdom Adventure, MINILAND and LEGO® NINJAGO® The Ride!

Unaccompanied Minors

Except when participating in events intended for young guests, such as our educational field trips and summer camps, children 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

If my child is a minor (under the age of 18) do they have to present a photo ID to enter the park? No, minors (children under the age of 18) do not need to present a photo ID to enter the park.
Guest Services

Guest Services is located just past the Big Shop and across from the Market Restaurant. Our Model Citizens can assist you with guides for guests with disabilities, show information, lost and found, lost parent’s center and general park information. You can also find the answers to many of the Frequently Asked Questions online.
Lockers

Lockers are available for rent in The Beginning and inside LEGOLAND Water Park. LEGOLAND Florida is not responsible for personal items.

Personal Transportation

Guests are welcome to bring their own stroller, ECV or wheelchair to LEGOLAND Florida, however no other wheeled personal transportation devices (ie-bicycles, skateboards or segways) are permitted.

Strollers, wheelchairs and ECVs are available for rent  on a first-come, first-served basis.  Stroller pricing is $14 for single seat stroller and $20 for double seat stroller. Wheelchairs are $12 and ECVs are $45 for the day.
Smoking

In keeping with our child-friendly atmosphere, smoking is prohibited except in designated areas. Please check the park map for the designated smoking areas.
Security & Courtesy When In The Park

Video surveillance cameras are in use at various locations around the park. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. In order to help maintain our family atmosphere, we request that there be no offensive language or behavior. No offensive or rude clothing is allowed. Segways, roller blades, wheeled shoes and skateboards are prohibited. For the comfort of those around you, we request there be no flash photography, smoking, eating or drinking in any attraction. Park Rangers patrol all areas of the park and are more than happy to help or advise. No weapons of any kind are allowed on park property. LEGOLAND Florida is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. LEGOLAND Florida reserves the right to search/inspect any item.
Ride Height Requirements

Being able to fit within the restraints comfortably and safely is a requirement set by each of the ride manufacturers and a key factor for the safety of our guests. Therefore, if the safety belt or lap bar does not secure the rider in the seat properly, you would be asked to exit the ride prior to its start up. LEGOLAND Florida offers daily shuttle service from I-Drive 360 on operating days.
ATM and Credit Cards

LEGOLAND Florida does not accept personal checks. Travelers’ checks are accepted throughout the Park, up to $100, excluding carts. Valid photo ID with signature required. LEGOLAND Florida also accepts American Express, Discover Card, VISA and MasterCard for park admission, merchandise and restaurant purchases (specific locations only). ATMs are located in front of Heartlake Mall and in the Hotel lobby.

The Pirates Dinner Adventure

Set sail on the high seas on board a pirate ship anchored in a 300,000-gallon indoor lagoon for swashbuckling thrills, combined with the perfect blend of comedy, romance, action and adventure. Enjoy breathtaking feats of aerial agility and spectacular musical talent as you dine on a Port of Call Feast. In addition, more than 150 guests have the chance to play an actual role in each show as the evil Captain Sebastian the Black leads his crews of renegades. Watch out though as an angry sea dragon threatens the very existence of the pirate crew!

Now celebrating our 20th year in Orlando!
Set aboard an authentically replicated 18th-century Spanish galleon measuring 46 feet long, 18 feet wide with 40-foot masts, the ship is anchored in a 300,000-gallon indoor lagoon with night sky lighting. Surrounding the lagoon is a six-sided showroom of six additional ships where the audience is seated.

Voyagers on each of the six ships have their own fearless pirate mascot whom they cheer on as the adventure unfolds with a cast of a dozen actors, singers and stunt performers engaging in a bounty of action-packed exploits, accompanied by cannon blasts, pyrotechnics and plenty of laughs.

In addition, more than 150 guests have the chance to play an actual role in each show as the evil Captain Sebastian the Black leads his crews of renegades on a swashbuckling adventure before your very eyes!
